- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Stock item orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on location, your order may be there within 3-4 days or 1-2 with express post. back to top
- Do I have to pay a sales tax (GST)?

- What are my payment options?
Austech offers the following payment options:
We offer a 2% Discount to anyone paying by Direct Deposit Bank to Bank Transfer. This discount is not applicable to credit card or paypal payments. Orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.

- How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated through Australia Post and will be displayed before the payment step in the ordering process. Price will vary and will be determined by cubic metres, size and weight.
For Expol, freight is only available to the Sydney Metropolitan Area at a flat rate of $85 per order.
The Screen in a Box product is precalculated by your location and the delivery fee is set depending on size of the screen and the area it is to be shipped to. back to top
- Can I track my order?
Each item that is shipped through Australia Post is registered and therefore given a tracking code. If you require this information, just phone the Austech office on (02) 9831 1623 and we can chase this up for you. back to top

- Do you install?
No, we look after supply only. Many of our products are DIY friendly, and we can provide instruction manuals on request. In some areas we can recommend installers, so please feel free contact us. back to top

We are open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We have a large proportion of what we sell online available to view on site and you are able to purchase any available item onsite at the same low prices as is on our website. This way you can take advantage of our low prices and enjoy even greater savings as there are no delivery charges. back to top
- My order never arrived?
Our orders are processed through Australia Post and registered to ensure we are doing everything right on our end. If you feel your order should have arrived by now, simply give us a call and we will track it down for you. back to top
- Has my payment gone through?
Paypal will automatically send you a confirmation email to the email address you registered with us when payment has been received. Alternately you can check your bank account to see whether funds have been withdrawn. back to top
- I have completed my order but I can't check out?

- What if I am not home when you deliever my goods?
As all our parcels are sent as registered and insured we require a signature upon delivery. Australia Post typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.
If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of a post office to collect your parcel from. back to top
- I have purchased the wrong product, can I get a refund?
If you are wanting to secure a refund Austech are happy to do so once the product has been returned and received. This will however incur a 20% re-stocking fee on the total cost of the product. back to top
