- Do you have an Offline Shop?
Yes, Austech has branches in all Australia states. Product availability does vary between states, but if you are uncomfortable with online shopping, you can access Austech's Contact Details from the contact tab, and shop with us directly.
- Do you sell outside of Australia?
No, currently we only deliver Australia wide, but please feel free to express your interest.
- What method can I use to pay?
We currently only accept PayPal. You can use an existing PayPal account, or simply just enter your credit card details like you normally would. PayPal is one of the most secure payment methods in the world.
- Why are all your products always on sale?
The regular price is the price that manufactures recommend and the sale price is what we are selling it for, giving you more value and extra savings.
- Can I get my shutters made to order?
Yes, we only provide a standard size on the website to simplify the process, but for customer made shutters, please contact us.
- Do you install?
No, we only Supply. Many of our products are DIY friendly, and we can provide instruction manuals on request. We often have installers we can recommend in some areas, so please let us know.
- I saw a product on your site before, but it is no longer there, where did it go?
We only show products we have in stock, but we can special order out of stock products for you. Please contact us for more information.
- What security measures do you have in place?
